These terms apply to jbevolutions.com and to anything you send us through it. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

Any work JB Evolutions does for a client is governed by the quote and the agreement for that job. Where those differ from this page, the quote and the agreement apply. Nothing on this site is an offer to do work at a stated price, and an enquiry through the contact form does not create an engagement.

The site describes what we build and the outcomes those builds are designed for. It does not promise that any particular result will follow for your business. Results depend on your market, your offer and your operation, none of which we control.

There is nothing here to sign up for, no account to hold and nothing you can post or publish. The contact form is the only thing on the site that sends us anything, and what you send goes to our mailbox rather than onto a page. Please send us only what is yours to send, and only about work you actually want done.

The text, design, code and images on this site belong to JB Evolutions, except for the third-party assets named below. You may read the site and link to it. You may not copy or republish its content without our written permission. Ownership of anything we build for a client is set out in the agreement for that job.

The site is set in Archivo and Instrument Sans. The interface mock-ups shown on the Journey are our own designs, set in Anton, Barlow Condensed, Bricolage Grotesque, IBM Plex Sans, Newsreader and Nunito. All eight are open-source typefaces published under the SIL Open Font License, and the two the site itself uses are served from this domain rather than from a font host.

Every photograph, illustration and rendered interface on this site is our own work or is licensed for commercial use. Nothing on it is used under a licence that requires attribution here.

The site is built with open-source software, including Next.js, React and GSAP, each used under its own licence.

We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. To the extent the law allows, JB Evolutions is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on anything in it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where those apply.

These terms are governed by the law of New Zealand, and the courts of New Zealand have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

We may change these terms. The date at the top is the date of the current version.
